Research Fields & Institutes
Previously developed, current or purported research projects from the research fields of the study areas form the starting point for varied research and development activities. Skill areas are structured individually as well as institutionally through interdisciplinary research. R&D results are channeled into teaching practices as the integration of students in research activities additionally reinforces study programs and ensures a highly topical training. In this sense, efficient research and development is closely related to highly qualitative teaching.
Institutes & Center
Institutes pursue the goal of organizationally bundling the teaching and research orientation. They predominantly provide an external thematic representation for specific research and development projects as well as an internal thematic bundling of study programs.
- Institute for Energy, Facility & Real Estate Management - EFIM
- Institute for Cross-Border Restructuring (German only)
The research center is dedicated to the analysis of visual media for solving mobility issues, such as automated traffic counting.
